Inter-Mission operates in dependency on God and needs the help of many supporters as a faith based organization. These people support the work through prayer, financial contributions and making the work known to others.
Prayer
If God does not act there will be a lack of love, devotion, effectiveness and spiritual results in the work. Please pray for the work of Inter-Mission, for its coworkers and all people who are supposed to be reached by Inter-Mission.
Voluntary Worker
There is a lot of work to be done, e.g. in our office or as a contact person in your area but also in various projects in India. If you want to become an honorary coworker, please contact us.

Join us in providing help for the body, mind and soul of people in India, Indonesia, Sierra Leone and Germany! It is as simple as that: Make it possible for a child in India or Sierra Leone to attend school or to be cared for in a Children’s Home by donating only a few Dollars or Punds. Your donation – whether it is 10, 50 or 100 Dollars/Pounds – helps us to provide help for and give hope to neglected people.
Starting a Sponsorship
You can choose between sponsorships for …
Day Centers: In a Day Care Center Inter-Mission helps to provide education, food and clothing for the children. They live with their parents and attend our center only in the daytime. A sponsorship finances one to two children in the day school and costs $ 13/£ 8 per month. The sponsor receives a photo and a description of the supported day school as well as a current report once a year.
Children's Homes (India / Sierra Leone ): Here the sponsor can personally support a child in India or Sierra Leone, i.e. he receives a photo with a short background story of the child. This helps him to pray specifically for his child and gives him also the opportunity to get in contact with his child by letter. At Christmas the sponsor receives a Christmas greeting together with a current photo of his child. A monthly sponsorship amount of $ 31/£ 20 allows to finance good care and support.
Vocational Training : Here it is possible to sponsor an apprentice in an Inter-Mission training center. The handling of such a personal sponsorship corresponds to that of a child in a Children’s Home. It costs $ 45/£ 30 per month.
Missionaries : The support of a native missionary in India is $ 60/£ 40. With this money he receives the needed aid so that he can be sent out and live on that. A missionary sponsor receives a photo with the missionary’s life-story and a report about the development of his work twice a year. In this case, letters and prayer are particularly welcome!
Bible School Students : This type of sponsorship helps young Christians prepare themselves for missionary work and costs $ 45/ £30 per month. Here as well the sponsor receives a photo together with a short life-story of the bible school student and an annual report as an aid for prayer.
Street worker (Mumbai) : These sponsorships of $60/£20 per month allow us to finance coworkers who help the poorest of the poor on the sidewalks and in the slum areas of Bombay. A short life-story with photo presents the street worker to the sponsor and reports written twice a year keep him informed about the work. Here the sponsor can also help through personal encouragement and prayer.
