Project for the Homeless in Hanover – Germany
The A&Q project, a work among the poor and homeless in Hanover, has been an important branch of Inter-Mission since 1992. Among other things it was founded to take care of the needy in Hanover. Core of the project is the biweekly “Coffee Pot“. Here, the poor and homeless receive care and have the opportunity to listen to and be explained the Word if God. Warm and cold meals are served for free. In an informal atmosphere the needy can have conversations and establish relationships while having a cup of coffee and a piece of cake. Further and specific help is offered to individuals, if necessary.
